It is with mixed emotions and deep appreciation for our patients that I announce the closure of Progressive Pediatrics. I have relocted to eastern Montana to be closer to extended family and to practice pediatrics in the rural community of Miles City.

I am working with area physicians to facilitate the transfer of medical records and to ensure medical continuity for our patients. To release records we do need a signed, dated consent form, available through this link on our website. (Please note that state law requires patients thirteen and older to personally sign the consent form.)

After July 1st, medical records will continue to be available for transfer. You may mail your consent form to P.O. Box 1587, Miles City, Montana, 59301; or you may fax it to (406) 234-7883.

I wish to thank all of you for the privilege of being your child's/children's physician. I am going to miss my patients and their families very much.
